Neurotech NA Inc - a wholly-owned subsidiary of Theragen Inc We are a team of experts dedicated to helping patients recover more successfully from spinal fusion procedures. We are not only the manufacturer of our flagship product, ActaStim-S, but also the national Durable Medical Equipment (DME) supplier, serving patients across the United States. We are looking for a Power BI Inventor to join our Jacksonville-based team. This role will be responsible for maintaining and developing our cadre of Power BI apps and dashboards. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have a proven Power BI skillset and be eager to interact with and learn from all functions of the organization, including customers. This is not a "Big Data" role - we are looking for someone with commercial experience and acumen, who has developed a skillset in analysis and Power BI dashboard creation. Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Manage the Company’s PowerBI Environment and Snowflake Database: a. Monitor ETL processes and resolve errors timely b. Manage existing PowerBI apps and dashboards c. Ensure data quality d. Quickly identify and troubleshoot report issues e. Provide timely report support to co-workers and customers 2) Develop Additional Dashboards, Models and Data Analysis tools: a. Actively engage and communicate effectively with various stakeholders to understand, interpret and support reporting needs. b. Build or update semantic models as needed c. Create aesthetically pleasing and easy-to-understand visualizations (desktop and mobile views) d. Be proactive in the identification of new technologies to meet reporting needs e. Improve and optimize report development and automation 3) User support: a. Manage user access and security b. Create and deliver training on new/updated reports to colleagues and customers c. Provide how-to documentation where necessary d. Troubleshoot user access issues 4) Analyze: a. Develop a robust understanding of the Company’s business and available data. b. Conduct independent analysis and suggest areas of interest / further exploration to executive and/or commercial leaders. c. Respond to ad hoc requests for analysis timely 5) Drive delivery of VIP Customer Care by identifying customer needs and working cross-functionally to develop and implement solutions. Perform special projects as identified to promote delivery of VIP Customer Care throughout the organization. 6) Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure the Company’s compliance with all local and national regulatory requirements – including but not limited to HIPAA, HQAA/Medicare, FDA and any other regulatory requirements. Key Competencies: Advanced PowerBI development capabilities including semantic models, visualizations and automation Knowledge of the wider Microsoft Fabric ecosystem a distinct advantage. Experience with Snowflake and SQL an advantage. Ability to work independently with minimal direction. Curious and analytical personality. Collaborative, team-oriented style, combined with excellent communication skills Gregarious nature evidenced by a desire to engage with in-office and remote colleagues/customers Driven by Continuous Improvement Experience in a medical device/healthcare environment an advantage Qualifications: Bachelor or Associate degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Business or General Studies And/Or 5-7 years’ experience in a PowerBI development or role.
