Semiconductor Materials Production AssociateAs an associate involved in the production of Semiconductor materials you will focus on the fabrication of Infrared Materials for Raytheon Vision Systems, a manufacturer that provides leading edge sensing technology. We are looking for an individual who must demonstrate a safety-first routine. Work consists of a combination of routine production and non-routine engineering support under minimal or no supervision. You will be following ISO-controlled process procedures in an environmentally controlled, semiconductor (cleanroom) environment that requires handling of fragile materials and potentially hazardous process chemicals; this will require use of personal protective equipment. You will draw from your experiences in a related field to assume responsibilities for managing your work area and nominal operation of a laboratory. You will participate in production meetings, actively participate in schedule and priority discussions, work with colleagues to assure optimal workflow.*2nd Shift 3:00PM 11:30PM Lompoc, CA. This position is an onsite role. *What you will do:Responsible for production execution in a semiconductor laboratory/cleanroom environmentThorough understanding of the technical aspects associated with your assigned process and ability to work with process engineering to resolve production issues.Use a computer to access work instructions, make technical calculations, timekeeping, perform data entry and on-line training.Qualifications You Must Have:High School Diploma/ GED or EquivalentMinimum 2 years of experience with manual and semi-automated processing equipmentMinimum 2 years of Wafer Semi-Conductor Fabrication experience.US Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contractQualifications We Prefer:More than 2 years of production experience in cleanroom fabrication, assembly, manufacturing and equivalent.Experience in DBH Bonding, Thin Films Deposition, Photolithography, Wet Etch, or other cleanroom Sensor Chip Assembly, fabrication work cells.Experience with safe handling process chemicals such as acids and solvents, including use of personal protective equipment.Experience with metrology equipment, measurement systems and visual inspectionsExperience with common instruments and tooling for high tech fabrication and assembly to achieve measurement and dimensional targetsExperience with statistical Process ControlWhat We Offer: Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
