This role involves installations, maintenance, and repairs, with a strong focus on safety, customer service, and quality workmanship.Low-voltage and smart device installation experience is preferred.Job ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with the NEC and local codesDiagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions; determine required repairs and materialsEvaluate customer requests, prepare work orders, and provide clear pricing for projectsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentsCollaborate with dispatch, team members, and other trades to complete projects efficientlyOperate with safety as a top priority for both yourself and the customerAccurately document jobs, estimates, and invoices using tablet-based field softwareUse ServiceTitan for job documentation, estimates, invoicing, and customer communication (required)Preferred SkillsLow-voltage wiring (Cat5/Cat6, doorbells, cameras, basic security systems)Smart home and smart electrical device installation (switches, outlets, lighting controls, thermostats)Basic structured wiring and device setupRequirementsJourneyman-level electrician license (valid in Clark County / Las Vegas)3+ years of residential and/or light commercial electrical service experienceStrong knowledge of NEC regulations and electrical safety standardsProficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipmentAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditionsProfessional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamServiceTitan experience REQUIREDValid driver's license and insurable driving recordBackground check and drug screening requiredBenefits / PerksPaid vacation and holidaysAdvancement and career growth opportunitiesProfessional development and trainingCompany uniforms providedJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
