Construction Project ManagerAs the Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects and restoration crews. We are seeking a proactive Construction Project Manager to oversee reconstruction projects from the initial estimate through final completion, delivering an exceptional customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight: Manage all phases of residential and commercial reconstruction projects to ensure on-time completion and budget adherence.Estimating & Scoping: Develop detailed scopes of work and prepare accurate estimates utilizing industry-standard software.Subcontractor Management: Identify, recruit, schedule, and manage external contractors and internal crews.Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters, guiding them through the repair process.Quality Control: Ensure all work complies with local building codes, permit requirements, and safety regulations.Documentation: Accurately document project milestones, contracts, change orders, and job site photos.Position RequirementsExperience: 3+ years of residential/commercial construction management experience; previous restoration or insurance repair experience is heavily preferred.Tech Skills: Proficiency in Xactimate and Microsoft Office.Certifications: IICRC certifications (e.g., WRT, ASD) are a plus, but not required.Requirements: High school diploma/GED and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Physical Demands: Ability to climb ladders, work at varying heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.Picture yourself here fulfilling your potential.At SERVPRO, you can make a positive difference in people's lives each and every day!
