Senior PLBG Designer LOCATION Fort Worth, TXJob DescriptionWe have the following expectations of a Senior PLBG candidate:  Be experienced not only with new construction but with Remodel/Renovations.  Be proficient with grease interceptors, lift stations, sand-oil interceptors, and/or elevator sumps.  Being experienced with Laundry-mats, multi-family, Restaurants, K-12 and Fire Stations is a plus.  Engage in drafting/production.  Perform site punches and site surveys.  We do not design/specify Fire Protection Systems and only provide a performance specification.  We do not provide Civil Engineering services.For PLBG candidates, we prefer the following: 7. Minimum 5 years experience. 8. PE registration is not required. 9. Engage in production and be proficient with AutoCad and familiar with REVIT. 10. Perform CA for projects such as site -punches and site surveys. 11. Is proficient with Comcheck. 12.
