Construction Project Superintendent

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Superintendent to manage day-to-day jobsite operations. This role is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring high-quality project execution. Responsibilities Oversee daily jobsite activities and ensure work is completed on schedule Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections Enforce all safety policies and OSHA requirements Maintain daily logs and communicate progress to the Project Manager Read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules Identify issues and resolve them promptly Ensure quality control throughout each phase of the project Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent, Foreman, or similar role Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety standards Ability to read blueprints and manage subcontractors Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills OSHA 10 or 30 preferred Goal to test for CSL (Construction Supervisor License) within 12 months Benefits Competitive pay Health/Dental benefits (if you choose) 401k eligible after 90 days of employment Paid time off and holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Application Question(s): Do you live within 25 miles of Hingham, MA?
