Styling Communications Specialist

A company is looking for a Styling Enablement Communications Associate. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize internal knowledge libraries and self-serve tools for accuracy and scalability Lead planning and coordination of cross-functional meetings and focus groups, ensuring stakeholder alignment and follow-through Serve as the primary editorial gatekeeper for Styling communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to standards Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in internal communications and/or retail operations enablement roles At least 2 years of experience working with large-scale remote teams Familiarity with project management tools and experience with intranet platforms (preferred but not required) Proven success working cross-functionally and asynchronously in a remote environment Driven by a desire to improve operational efficiency and support team success
