About the Role We’re looking for a motivated, reliable person to join our production floor as a Machine Operator and Assembly Team Associate. You’ll be hands-on from day one — operating a Schroder Professional POS 3000 sheet metal folding machine, learning other equipment, assembling panels, applying adhesives, and working with a heated press. No prior experience with our specific machines is required — if you’ve got a mechanical mindset and a willingness to show up and learn, we’ll teach you the rest. What You’ll Do Machine Operation Operate the Schroder Professional POS 3000 sheet metal folding machine safely Operate Amada Twin Servo Drive Turret Punch Press Train on additional equipment including Emmegi T2 E Double-Head cutting machines and Emmegi T3 Star CNC Machining center Complete daily safety and performance checks on your machines Panel Assembly Assemble panels and subcomponents using provided diagrams and specs Apply adhesives and operate a heated press as part of the production process Accurately measure materials using a millimeter tape measure Safety & Quality Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required PPE — every shift, no exceptions Perform quality checks on your completed work and flag anything that doesn’t look right Teamwork & Communication Work alongside your team across projects and help each other stay on track Keep your Production Manager and QC Supervisor in the loop on shift status, issues, or ideas. What We’re Looking For Reliable mindset, transportation, and the ability to be on-site by 6:45 AM to start your 7:00 AM shift — this one is non-negotiable A mechanical mindset — you don’t need to know our machines, but you should feel comfortable around equipment Composite or steel-toed safety boots A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow Strong attendance and punctuality track record Physical Requirements This is an active, on-your-feet manufacturing role.
