Primary Skills: ServiceNow HRSD (Expert), Configurable Workspace (Proficient), Now Assist (Proficient), Business Analysis (Expert), Agile Methodologies (Proficient) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 6+ Months Location: Sunnyvale, CA Pay Range: $75 - $80 per hour on W2 Job Summary: We are in search of an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to act as a pivotal liaison between HR business units and IT/ServiceNow developers, focusing on delivering and supporting HR service management solutions. The ideal candidate will master requirements gathering, solution designing, and ensure the streamlined operation of HRSD initiatives including but not limited to Configurable Workspace, Now Assist, and Workday integration. This role is crucial for maintaining operational stability and introducing continuous enhancements to improve service efficiency and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements for HRSD projects.Design and support scalable HRSD solutions in partnership with ServiceNow Architects and developers.Drive project delivery efforts, managing sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT/SIT processes.Implement and refine Configurable Workspaces and Now Assist modules to optimize HR service processes.Provide BAU support, including incident resolution, defect fixes, and process improvements, while ensuring consistent data accuracy across systems. Must-Have Skills:Strong proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD and Configurable Workspace.Excellent analytical and business requirement documentation skills.Proven experience with Agile project management methodologies. Industry Experience: Extensive experience in HR processes and ServiceNow HRSD environments is required. Familiarity with Workday HCM or similar HR system integrations is highly desirable. With this role being central to facilitating better HR service delivery through ServiceNow HRSD solutions, candidates should bring a detail-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills to the table. Effective communication and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams are essential.
