The Sales Coordinator will be an ambassador for TES, telling the story of our humble beginnings, while also being able to clearly articulate the value and benefit that we bring to our customers. They will work closely with the President to ensure that the company values and vision are at the forefront of the relationships that we build and the services that we provide. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for creating and executing a growth plan for the organization, and guiding the sales team to get the desired results.ResponsibilitiesBring in new customers and expand relationships with existing customers.Have a thorough understanding of the organization and our story in order to be a catalyst for bringing in new businessWork with the President to create a strategic growth plan for expanding sales potential and bringing in new customersManage, analyze relevant data and execute the growth planGuide and coordinate the sales team and coach them to execute the growth planWork with other teams within TES to strengthen branding and messagingRequirementsIntegrity, Ethics and Values that align with the organizationExperience in generating and cultivating salesExperience in supervising othersStrong data entry skills with attention to detailFamiliarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and ExcelExcellent phone etiquette and communication skills.Basic computer literacy is requiredA strong desire to learn and be a part of teamIf you are passionate about being part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in service, we invite you to apply today at TES!
