This role serves as a key execution partner across Product, Technology, Client Services, and external partners to ensure smooth onboarding, integrations, and ongoing operational success. This position is responsible for owning defined workstreams, improving operational processes, and supporting scalable partner growth. It is a hands-on role that blends project management, product marketing support, and relationship management.How you will make an impactOwn execution of partner onboarding workstreams, ensuring timelines, documentation, and deliverables are completed on scheduleCoordinate cross-functional efforts between Product, Engineering, and Client Services to support partner integrationsSupport technical onboarding processes, including facilitating API configurations, data-sharing workflows, and system compatibility discussionsDevelop and maintain project plans, onboarding documentation, and operational playbooksContribute to proposal responses and creation of product collateral in partnership with Product MarketingServe as an operational point of contact for partners during onboarding and early lifecycle stagesTrack onboarding milestones and partner performance metrics, escalating risks when neededIdentify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance scalabilityDevelop repeatable workflows and automation for routine operational tasksMaintain accurate records of partner agreements, onboarding activities, and communicationsWhat you need to be successful2–7 years of experience operating within product marketing, project management, relationship management, partner operations, or related fieldsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiencesExperience supporting SaaS implementations, system integrations, or onboarding workflows preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProcess-oriented mindset with an interest in operational scalabilityAbility to work independently within defined scope while escalating appropriatelyWho we areAs a trusted partner, Kobie delivers market-leading, end-to-end loyalty solutions designed to enable customer experiences for the world's most successful brands.
