We are looking for individuals who are motivated to grow, take ownership, and contribute to a high-performing team.Job SummaryThe Electrical Engineering Intern will support the New Product Development team by assisting with day-to-day tasks, project work, and cross-functional initiatives. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to core business operations within Sellmark.The intern will work under the guidance of a designated supervisor and collaborate with team members to contribute to meaningful projects aligned with departmental goals. Responsibilities may include research, data analysis, documentation, administrative support, and participation in team meetings or ongoing initiatives.This position offers an opportunity to develop practical skills, gain industry knowledge, and build professional competencies in areas such as communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. Internship program will run 12 weeks starting late May.Essential Duties And TasksStandardize PCB component libraries, creating footprints in Altium software.Assist senior engineers with hands-on testing and troubleshooting using lab equipment like oscilloscopes and multimeters.Develop and maintain Software Development Kits (SDKs) for electronic products.Create and update technical documentation, including product data sheets and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).Help maintain and update technical documentation and project logs.Capstone presentation at the conclusion of internship.Perform additional duties as required to support the department's effective operation.QualificationsCurrently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university program relevant to Electrical Engineering or other engineering disciplines.Strong interest in design and development and/or outdoor hunting and shooting industry.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with additional tools relevant to the department such as Altium is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated problem-solving skills and willingness to learnAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environmentProfessional attitude with a high level of integrity and accountabilityWork Environment & Physical Requirements May be required to sit or stand for extended periods. Occasional bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and operating office machineryMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Primarily office-based with exposure potential exposure to outdoor conditions. WORK SCHEDULE/HOURSMain hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm in office.
