Security GuardUnder supervision of a shift lieutenant, performs physical security and resource protection related tasks and activities. Responsibilities include manning of installation fixed posts, performing entry control at base access gates, manning of mobile and foot patrols to ensure base facilities are areas are secure, maintaining presence for crime prevention/deterrence, and initial responses to major accidents or incidents, initial investigation of incidents and completion of required forms and reports.Qualifications include successfully completing pre-employment fitness test consisting of cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength/endurance, being 21 years of age, obtaining a TN Armed Security Guard/Officer License, maintaining qualification and authority to carry firearms, obtaining and maintaining a Secret security clearance, possessing a valid state driver's license, possessing a High School Diploma or equivalent, completing a US Military Law Enforcement Academy or Accredited Civilian Law Enforcement Academy, and presenting a professional image in accordance with Air Force Instruction 31-122, Dress and Appearance Standards.Job ID 2026-23037 Work Type On-Site Company Description Work Where it Matters Akima Intra-Data (AID), an Akima company, is not just another federal logistics services provider.
