Acts as a resource for educational programs.Provides selective direct patient care as required to maintain outpatient and perioperative skills.Participates in the review and development of policies and procedures and standards of nursing practice.Participates on hospital committees and performance improvements as appropriate.Uses evidence-based practice to develop and implement, education and orientation for the staff members.Uses evidence based practice when providing care.Required: Certifications/Licenses/Education:The individual must be a graduate of a recognized School of Nursing program. Must have a BSN or education plan in place. Three years of hospital clinical nursing experience required. Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills necessary to interact in a professional manner with customers.The individual must be licensed by the State of Indiana as a Registered Nurse. Revocation or inability to maintain licensure and/or registration may result in termination of the individual.
