Job SummaryThe InSPIRE Program Instructor oversees the daily operations of a structured day program for individuals with acquired brain injuries. This role plans and facilitates engaging recreational, creative arts, and skill-building activities that promote independence, social integration, and community reintegration while ensuring high-quality, compliant services.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and lead inclusive group activities that support social, cognitive, sensory, and motor skill developmentUtilize rehabilitation strategies and task analysis to maximize member participation and successImplement adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, and assistive technology as neededMonitor and document member participation and progressCoordinate cultural, educational, athletic, and therapeutic activities and community partnershipsProvide life skills training and support aligned with individualized rehabilitation plansSupervise and support Life Skill Trainers and 1:1 Personal Care AidesEnsure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standardsCollaborate with the transdisciplinary rehab team and participate in meetings and trainingsQualificationsHigh school diploma/GED and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience working with people with disabilities requiredBachelor’s Degree in Recreation/Art/Music Therapy or related Human Services field preferredTo view the full job description, visit https://careers.woods.org/careers-home/jobs/5317?lang=en-us
