PN LVN (Hurst)

Functions in collaborative practice with physician(s) and/or nurse practitioner(s) in physician practice or clinic setting. Provides ambulatory nursing care as directed by physician(s) and/or nurse practitioner(s), including patient and family focused assessment, intervention, and education. Skillfully and consistently performs daily clinical duties per established policy and procedure. Education & ExperienceGraduation from an accredited school of vocational nursing.Minimum 1 year pediatric specialty nursing experience or equivalent(i.e., , PICU, inpatient pediatric nursing unit) preferred.Licensure, Registration, and/or CertificationCurrent license to practice vocational nursing in the State of Texas.Current BCLS certification required.PALS certification preferred.*This position is located in Hurst, Texas*Cook Children's is an EOE/AA - Minority/Females/Disability/Vet
