Headquartered in New York City, The Levy Group manages, elevates, and builds the long-term value of consumer brands by partnering with best-in-class manufacturers and retailers.Responsibilities:Check e-mail to all samples for coming in a week to each factories every morning.Manage logistics and paperwork of receiving and sending samples as needed.Prepare Production Fit and Pre-fit before the fittingMaintain and organize samples for ease of use.Scheduling fits with designers and agencies/modelsSend additional packages as neededSend TOP comments to the Factory on a daily basisGenerate Chart of Sales as needed for deliveriesMaintain and be responsible for invoices re: modeling and agencies and freelancersQualifications:A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position for a fashion company is required.Working knowledge of production processes, shipping documents, trims, and vendor correspondenceSelf-motivated and self-directed with continuous desire to learn and grow.Excellent organization and communication skillsDetail-oriented, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
