Strong Focus on Clinical Excellence & Patient Relationships:Utilize your expertise to provide exceptional care for adult patients. You'll have the opportunity to build strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families, fostering positive treatment outcomes. Diverse Clinical Experience:Contribute to a practice environment that offers both inpatient and outpatient care. You'll manage an average inpatient volume of 10-20 patients daily and see 8-12 patients during clinic hours. Predictable Call Schedule:Enjoy a balanced call schedule with 1 weekday call per week and a weekend/holiday call rotation of 1:3. Advanced Technology & Procedures:Utilize EPIC electronic medical records to streamline patient care. Perform a variety of essential procedures, including arterial line placement, chest tube insertion, central line placement, intubation, thoracentesis, and bronchoscopy. Onsite Resources & Equipment:Benefit from access to modern equipment for enhanced diagnosis and treatment, including ultrasound, pulmonary function testing capabilities, robotic-assisted bronchoscopy, and endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS). Supportive Mentorship:Gain valuable mentorship from experienced providers within the team, fostering your professional development and enhancing your clinical skills. Qualifications: Board-eligible or board-certified in Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, and Sleep Medicine is required. A strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong critical care skills, and a commitment to building trust with patients and families are necessary. The ability to collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals is required.
