Intune Engineer

We are looking for an experienced End User Computing Engineer with strong expertise in endpoint management, application packaging, and deployment across Windows and macOS environments. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, and Claude, with the ability to deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize these applications at the endpoint level.End User Computing Engineer – AI Tools EnablementWe are looking for an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineer with a strong focus on enterprise AI tools deployment and support across Windows and macOS environments. This role will be the primary point of contact for enabling, managing, and optimizing AI applications at the endpoint level.Key Responsibilities:Deploy, configure, and support enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, Claude, and similar platformsTroubleshoot AI tool issues related to performance, compatibility, access, and endpoint configurationsManage application deployment using Intune, SCCM, Jamf Pro, AutopilotPerform application packaging (Win32, .pkg/.dmg) for AI and productivity toolsMonitor and optimize endpoint performance impact of AI applicationsAutomate provisioning and deployment workflows using PowerShell/Bash/PythonPartner with AI, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure compliant and scalable rolloutsMust Have Skills:Hands-on experience deploying and supporting enterprise AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.)Strong expertise in endpoint management (Intune/SCCM/Jamf)Experience in application packaging & deployment across Windows and macOSProficiency in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)Solid understanding of endpoint performance tuning and troubleshooting for AI applicationsTech: Endpoint Engineering Services - Software Packaging, VDI (Citrix & AVD), AD Groups, Power Shell, Imaging, GPO (Details in the Doc), MDM & MAMPlatform: Intune, SCCM, Entra, M365, Azure (AVD / Windows 365), Ivanti Mobile IronAi Support: Working knowledge of compute in an Ai environment, troubleshooting endpoint issues & delivering automations supporting OESoft Skills: Communication, Project Management & ReportingGood to Have:Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance for AI toolsCertifications in Microsoft, Jamf, or endpoint managementTech: Endpoint Engineering Services - DEX Automations & Endpoint governancePlatform: Nexthink , Threat Locker
