Maintain schedules and ensure daily tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently.Cleaning & Maintenance:Perform and oversee general cleaning duties, including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting, and mopping resident rooms and common areas to maintain a clean, sanitary, and attractive environment.Room Preparation:Coordinate with the Facilities Manager to ensure resident rooms are cleaned, inspected, and ready for move-in.Laundry Support:Assist with laundry operations as needed to ensure timely service for residents and the community.Waste Management:Empty trash and dispose of waste properly. Maintain clean and organized janitorial closets and supply areas.Inventory & Cost Control:Monitor housekeeping supplies and equipment. Notify management of shortages or maintenance concerns while promoting efficient use of resources.Safety & Sanitation:Follow all infection control, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including required infectious disease training. Report hazardous conditions promptly.Customer Service & Resident Engagement:Provide courteous, professional service to residents, families, visitors, and team members.
