Supervises Mental Health Techs.Essential FunctionsAdministers medications per hospital policies, understanding dosages, side effects, and outcomes.Documents medication administration using electronic systems and bar-coding.Provides care following hospital procedures, including infection control, care planning, and safety.Maintains reliability, punctuality, and team morale through consistent attendance and timely presence.Schedules personal appointments to minimize service disruption and provides prompt notice for absences.Performs additional duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED and Associate's Degree in Nursing.Licensed RN authorized in Texas.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must obtain within 90 days).SAFE Approach Level III Certification (must obtain within 6 months).
