The primary responsibilities include overseeing mitigation and reconstruction projects from inception to completion, coordinating project timelines, managing logistics, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Additional duties include conducting inspections, expediting project workflows, and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional results. The role demands strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to meet deadlines and achieve client satisfaction.QualificationsProject Management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex workflowsExpediting and Expeditor experience to efficiently facilitate project timelines and monitor progressInspection expertise to assess damage, ensure quality standards, and meet code complianceLogistics Management skills to coordinate resources, supplies, and personnel effectivelyStrong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills2+yrs, of Xactimate performing fire, water, mold and contents mitgation. ( Mitigation PM)2+yrs, with a construction background and a solid sub-base to perform restoration projects for the Reconstruction Project manager position.Experience in disaster recovery or restoration projects is a plusKnowledge of local regulations and safety standards where applicable
