Apply via Dice today!Our direct client, a growing, successful real estate investment firm is seeking a highly strategic and hands-on professional to build and integrate a modern AI-driven data framework across its investment and asset management platform. This is a newly created, high-impact role focused on leveraging data and AI to generate investment insights, improve decision-making speed, and expand opportunity sourcing.This individual will operate at the intersection of investments, data science, and AI, partnering closely with senior leadership and investment teams to embed scalable, practical solutions into day-to-day workflows. The goal is not just building tools but driving real adoption and unlocking measurable alpha.Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Data StrategyDesign and implement a scalable data and AI framework to support investment and asset management decisionsIdentify high-impact use cases where AI can accelerate insights, improve efficiency, and enhance returnsPartner with investment leadership to align data initiatives with business strategyInvestment Insights & Deal EnablementLeverage AI and data analytics to enhance deal sourcing, screening, and underwriting processesGenerate actionable insights from portfolio and market data to support investment decisionsExpand the firm s funnel of opportunities through smarter data aggregation and analysisData Infrastructure & IntegrationWork with large, unstructured datasets (e.g., deal files, SharePoint data) to structure, clean, and operationalize informationBuild or implement tools that make data more accessible, reliable, and usable across teamsEnable faster and more cost-effective data processing using modern AI approachesAdoption & Change ManagementDrive adoption of new tools and workflows across investment and operational teamsDesign solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing processes with minimal disruptionInfluence stakeholders and build consensus among senior partners and cross-functional teamsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with investments, asset management, compliance, and finance teams to identify opportunities and align prioritiesServe as a bridge between technical capabilities and business needsQualifications2-4+ years of experience across data science, analytics, or AI, with meaningful exposure to business or investment environmentsStrong understanding of how to apply AI and data tools to drive revenue, insights, or investment outcomesExperience working with large, unstructured datasets and building practical data solutionsDemonstrated ability to build or deploy AI-driven tools or workflows (not just theoretical knowledge)Strong business acumen with an understanding of investment processes (real estate, private equity, or credit strongly preferred)Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption across senior teamsCombination of technical depth and front-office mindsetWhat Makes This Role UniqueDirect impact on investment performance and alpha generationGreenfield opportunity to build AI/data capabilities from the ground upHigh visibility with senior leadership and investment partnersFocus on practical AI application, not theoretical or back-office reportingThis role is based in midtown NYC and is on-site 4 days/week, Fridays WFH.
