Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. The assignment runs from September 2, 2026, through June 17, 2027, with a full-time 37.5-hour-per-week schedule across one or more school locations.Key Qualifications:Active Maryland Professional Licensure requiredCompletion of House Bill 486 district background check, fingerprinting, and employment history reviewCCC-SLP credentialsAbility to present required licensure documentation at onboardingSchool-based SLP experience preferred, but not requiredFlexibility and professionalism in adapting to varying caseloads and assignmentsPrimary Responsibilities:Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to an assigned caseload of students (specific age group and number of schools will be confirmed)Administer assessments, develop targeted Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and implement therapy plans in collaboration with educational teamsTrack student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain thorough records to support student successFoster a supportive, inclusive environment that empowers students to achieve communication and academic milestonesParticipate in relevant meetings, coordinate with teachers and families, and contribute to school-wide goalsEmbrace the chance to help students reach their full potential while expanding your professional repertoire in a dynamic, supportive school setting.
