Talent Acquisition Specialist

II. Lead talent acquisition efforts to make IPC the TEAM of choice and recruit we ARE IPC team members. What does winning look like: If we get the right people on the bus, the right people in the right seats, then we’ll figure out how to take it someplace great. What will it take: · Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with IPC culture and an Ideal Team Player. · Build and maintain a talent pipeline by proactively sourcing candidates through various channels such as talent databases, job boards, social media, and referrals. · Enhance the IPC brand by creating compelling job descriptions, improving the candidate experience, and representing the company positively in the job market. · Collect feedback from candidates, hiring managers, and team members to continuously refine and enhance the recruitment process. · Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment techniques, and apply this knowledge to the recruitment process. · Analyze recruitment data and generate reports on key recruitment metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement and informed decision-making. · Help develop and maintain an effective compensation strategy. III. Be an IPC communication champion. What does winning look like: Clear, consistent, and timely communication with stakeholders. What will it take: · Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to hiring managers and relevant stakeholders. · Facilitate and solicit positive and negative feedback regarding the candidate and communicate feedback with the team. · Collaborate with OSCs to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. · Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and establish effective communication. · Partner with the hiring manager to assist in creating impactful KRAs. · Develop and implement interview guides to assist teams in conducting impactful interviews. · Collaborate with management to effectively communicate team member separation. IV. Community Engagement What does winning look like: IPC is recognized as the team of choice within the community to work for. What will it take: · Develop and execute strategies to identify, engage, and build relationships with community stakeholders, organizations, and individuals. · Identify and cultivate partnerships with local organizations, nonprofits, and businesses to enhance the organization's ability to serve the community. · Utilize digital platforms and social media to engage with the community. * Primary work hours. However, this position requires phone and leadership accessibility 24-7 unless delegated for a period of time as well as potentially longer hours and off-shift or weekend work as the need arises.
