HCLTech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical System Test Engineer to support innovation‑driven technology development through rigorous system testing and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
6–9 years of experience in System Testing, Verification, and Validation of electromechanical products.
Develop test procedures, methods, and tools for testing, verification, and certification of medical products.
Lead and execute Design Verification Testing (DVT) , including test protocols, procedures, and reports.
Understand device design and core technologies to support test method development .
Configure and operate test fixtures and instrumentation per standards and test plans.
Operate and troubleshoot lab and data acquisition equipment , including:
Oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators, power supplies
Temperature, pressure, and flow measurement transducers
Define sample sizes and acceptance criteria , perform data analysis, and generate test summary reports.
Produce and maintain test documentation , ensuring traceability and compliance.
Support system integration, verification, and validation activities.
Coordinate with vendors and compliance labs for regulatory submission testing and IEC certification .
Provide hands‑on support for medical product testing and compliance activities .
Flexible to work from India and USA locations , with 1–2 international travels per year as required.
Experience in medical devices or regulated industries
Familiarity with IEC standards and compliance testing
Strong documentation and cross‑functional collaboration skills
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $58000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $90000 per year

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need‑based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
