Job Description Construction Crew| $21-27 per hour | Monday-Friday 7am-5pm, Direct HireWhat Matters MostCompetitive Pay of $21-27 per hourSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm, every other weekendLocation: Albion, NEDirect HireJob DescriptionIn this role, you'll assist with a wide range of construction and site development projects including agricultural facilities, commercial buildings, housing, and other company properties. This position offers hands-on work in a team-oriented environment where safety, quality craftsmanship, and reliability are valued every day.Responsibilities:Perform construction tasks including carpentry, concrete work, roofing, painting, plumbing, drywall, water line installation, and site preparationSafely operate hand tools, power tools, vehicles, skid steers, and other equipment while following OSHA and company safety standardsReceive, organize, and manage materials while maintaining clean, safe, and efficient job sitesRead basic blueprints and complete projects according to company quality standards and applicable building codesWork collaboratively with supervisors, crew members, and subcontractors to complete projects on scheduleQualifications and Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in construction, general labor, carpentry, concrete, or a related field preferredAbility to safely operate hand and power tools; skid steer or light equipment experience is a plusAbility to read and interpret basic blueprints and construction plansValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong work ethic with dependable attendance and the ability to adapt to changing job site prioritiesBenefits and Perks:$21-27 per hourMedical, Dental, and Vision BenefitsPaid Time Off and HolidaysRetirement Savings ProgramProfessional Development and Career Growth OpportunitiesYour New Organization:Our client operates in the agricultural industry, supporting livestock and grain production facilities with a focus on safety, efficiency, and animal welfare.
