Occupational Health Nurse Lafayette, IN (On-Site)Weekend Day Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (Sat & Sun)$60/hour12-month contract-option to go internalCaterpillar is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to serve as the lead nurse for a large, stand-alone manufacturing facility medical clinic now operating 7 days/week. This is a highly autonomous weekend role.What You’ll DoTriage and treat work-related injuries and illnessesConduct fitness-for-duty, return-to-work, DOT drug testing, and OSHA surveillance examsRespond to and lead on-site medical emergencies (ERT involvement)Manage clinic operations, documentation, and compliance metricsSupport disability case management, injury investigations, and safety initiativesAct as liaison with Corporate Medical and contracted providersWhat We’re Looking ForActive RN license (Indiana)5+ years of experience in occupational health or acute care preferredStrong clinical judgment and ability to work independentlyHigh computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Cority a plus)Excellent communication and organizational skillsWhy This RoleWeekend-only scheduleHigh autonomyOn-site clinic within a manufacturing environmentOpportunity to support employee health and safety at a global organization#INDOEM
