The organization is committed to maintaining a safe learning environment and partnering with local schools and communities throughout Temecula and Riverside County to bring exceptional STEM education to children.Role DescriptionThis is a Seasonal, on-site role located in Temecula, CA, for a Camp Site Director with Club SciKidz. The Camp Site Director will oversee daily summer camp operations, including managing schedules, supervising camp staff, ensuring the well-being of campers, and maintaining a safe and engaging environment. Key responsibilities include facilitating structured STEM activities, supporting staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and communicating with parents and caregivers. Additionally, the Site Director will assist with setup and breakdown of classrooms and materials and act as the primary point of contact at the camp site.QualificationsExperience in leading camps and managing camp operations effectivelyOutstanding communication skills for working with parents, staff, and community partnersBackground in youth development and proven experience working with childrenStrong customer service skills and an ability to create a welcoming environmentExceptional organizational and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in STEM fields or education is a plusCPR/First Aid certification is preferred but not mandatoryAvailability to work flexible hours during the summer months, including some setup and training days
