Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Representative Part Time

Allied Universal - Mc Lean Avenue - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.; Monitor access points, observe building activity, and document daily events, incidents, and policy-related issues in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.; Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Support a professional environment at the location by assisting with directions, answering routine questions, and communicating clearly with tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel.
