POSITION OVERVIEWThe Project Manager will be the central driver of execution across customer programs—from initial concept through production and delivery. This role ensures timelines are met, communication is seamless, and BCM delivers a best-in-class experience to brand partners. You will operate at the intersection of R&D, operations, packaging, supply chain, and customer success owning the full lifecycle of projects and acting the internal quarterback.NOTE: This position will be remote until the completion of our new office.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProject Ownership & ExecutionLead end-to-end project management for new product launches and ongoing production programsDevelop and manage detailed timelines across formulation, packaging development, production, and fulfillmentEnsure all milestones are met on time and within scopeCross-Functional CoordinationServe as the primary liaison between internal teams (R&D, manufacturing, procurement, QA, and fulfillment)Align priorities and drive accountability across departmentsIdentify and resolve bottlenecks proactivelyClient ManagementAct as the day-to-day point of contact for brand partnersProvide clear, proactive communication on timelines, risks, and progressDeliver a high-touch, premium client experienceSupply Chain & Packaging CoordinationOversee sourcing timelines for components and packagingEnsure alignment between formulation readiness and packaging availabilityTrack critical path dependencies to avoid delaysRisk Management & Problem SolvingAnticipate risks and develop contingency plansTroubleshoot issues across formulation, production, and logisticsMaintain project momentum under tight deadlinesProcess OptimizationHelp build and refine BCM’s project management systems and workflowsImplement best practices to improve speed-to-market and execution qualityContribute to scaling operations as BCM grows QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of project management experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, CPG, or manufacturingStrong understanding of cosmetic product development and production processesProven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyExceptional organizational and communication skillsHighly detail-oriented with strong follow-throughComfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExperience with ERP/PLM/project management tools (e.g., NetSuite, Asana, Monday, etc.) WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORA true owner mindset—someone who takes accountability for outcomesStrong cross-functional leadership without formal authorityCalm under pressure with the ability to solve problems quicklyHigh EQ—able to manage both internal teams and demanding clientsPassion for building something from the ground up COMPENSATIONCompetitive base salary + performance bonusOpportunity to grow with a rapidly scaling platform WHY BCMWe disrupted the packaging industry with FusionPKG—and now we’re doing the same in contract manufacturing.
