We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Ensure clinical data is accurate, meaningful, and easy to use for care teams, operational leaders, quality programs, and analytics. Serve as a bridge between clinical practice and data, translating workflows into trusted information. Improve the quality, consistency, and usability of healthcare data for reporting, analytics, regulatory requirements, and operational decision-making. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for workflow improvement and data standardization. Apply knowledge of healthcare documentation, coding systems, and terminology to support data integrity. Act as a liaison between clinical stakeholders and technical teams to align solutions with workflows and organizational goals.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree. 7+ years of healthcare experience. Experience in Clinical, Health Information Management (HIM), revenue cycle, quality, or informatics. Previous experience working in a hospital or health system environment. Experience analyzing clinical workflows, quality measures, operational processes, or healthcare data.
