Project ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead our HVAC projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring high-quality standards are met. This role requires a strong understanding of MEP systems, HVAC controls, and building automation systems within commercial construction environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members to define project objectives and scope.Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, and budgets, and ensure all milestones are met.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project goals are achieved.Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct regular meetings with the project team and stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues that arise.Prepare and present project reports to upper management and clients.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC or commercial construction industry.Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC controls, and building automation systems (BAS).Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients.Proficiency in project management software and tools.
