Intern Shipping and Receiving

The Shipping & Receiving Intern supports the Shipping & Receiving team and Materials Management in maintaining stockroom inventories, receiving materials from suppliers, shipping product to customers, and kitting jobs for the Production team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. As an intern, you will: Assist in preparing documentation, maintaining records, and coordinating logistics for product shipments Support scheduling and coordination of domestic and international freight forwarder transactions Help prepare shipping paperwork and complete shipping transactions in the ERP system Prepare boxes with appropriate labels for shipment as required Assist in creating pick worksheets (kits) for open job shop orders Receive raw material from vendors and help maintain stockroom inventories Participate in cycle counts as required Requirements Eagerness to learn ERP systems a...Shipping, Receiving, Intern, High School, Manufacturing, Transportation
