Our team is our competitive advantage and we are better togetherYOUR MISSIONTrue Anomaly is looking for a technician to build our new generation of Spacecraft. In this role you will work all aspects of the Spacecraft build, factory setup and operations.RESPONSIBILITIESAssemble and test Spacecraft harnesses per engineering drawings and direction.Assist with the setup and execution of Thermal Vacuum chambers and vibe facilities.Ensure processes and cleanroom protocols are followed by all personnel.Own the product build from piece parts to full assemblies.Execute anomaly dispositions from engineering.QUALIFICATIONSTechnical degree or certification in relevant field2+ years of professional experience in spacecraft or space products assemblyDemonstrated excellence in assembly and integrationProficiency in reading drawings, process sheets, instructionsExperience with ESD, FOD, cleanroom operationsExperience with spacecraft harness fabrication, rework and installationPassion for the space industryDemonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary teamDemonstrated ability to work autonomously with little input on requirements or management oversightExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with torquing, stakingAbility to lift 25 lbs and work in a cleanroom environmentCOMPENSATIONBase Salary: $23 - $34/hr*this position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtimeEquity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental LeaveYour actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSWork Location-this role will be an onsite position based out of our Long Beach, CA location.Work environment-the work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job.Physical demands-the physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting and driving.This position will be open until it is successfully filled.
