We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to high-visibility, impactful projects. In this role, you will take a hands-on approach to designing, developing, and delivering scalable software solutions that drive business value and enhance customer experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams while leveraging modern technologies, frameworks, and engineering best practices to build high-quality, outcome-driven products.Pay range :$80/hr on w2 to $90/hr on w2 Responsibilities:Take ownership of delivering outcome-driven engineering solutions that solve complex business and customer problems Act as a technical advocate, ensuring code quality, feasibility, and alignment with business goals Lead and contribute to requirement analysis, system design, development, testing, integration, and ongoing support Write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code while adhering to engineering best practices and quality standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, UX/UI, QA, and engineering) to deliver end-to-end solutions Develop customer-centric solutions through rapid experimentation and iterative development Embrace Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices to enable continuous delivery and automation across the SDLC Continuously learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and approaches to improve product delivery Translate business and user requirements into technical specifications and effective solutions Foster a collaborative environment, contribute to team success, and actively participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and influence stakeholders through data-driven decisions Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred but not required) Strong foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and clean coding practices 5+ years of hands-on experience with multiple technologies such as Angular, React, Node.js, Python, C#, .NET Core, Java, Golang, and SQL/NoSQL 5+ years of experience in Azure cloud-native development, including microservices and FaaS/PaaS architectures Solid experience with Agile, XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, and SRE practices Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, SonarQube, and CI/CD pipelines Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI is highly preferred Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex projects and shifting priorities Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
