Company Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist specializing as a Hand Therapist to join our team. The Hand Lab is a privately owned outpatient hand and upper extremity therapy clinic in Delray Beach treating post-surgical and conservative conditions. Oure treatment model is 1-on-1. We are open to discussing full-time or part-time positions. TheHandLabFL.comDutiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with hand injuries, post-surgical conditions, or upper extremity disabilities.Develop personalized care plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, splinting, manual therapy, and functional training to optimize recovery outcomes.Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring they regain independence in tasks such as dressing, grooming, and mobility.Provide education to patients and caregivers on injury prevention, adaptive techniques, and home modifications tailored to individual needs.Document patient progress meticulously in medical records while adhering to healthcare regulations and maintaining accurate case management files. QualificationsStrong communication skills to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionalsActive license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of FloridaNBCOT certificationStrong understanding of anatomy related to the upper extremity.Must have experience in hand therapy or recent graduate with a level II rotation
