About the CompanyMust Have Technical/Functional SkillsExperience with PLM software like 3DX, TeamcenterPLM experience on aerospace process / certification and knowledge of products.Experience in executing projects in Agile FrameworkBackground in engineering, IT, or product data management, with experience in PLM customization and integration.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. About the Role & ResponsibilitiesBacklog & Strategy: Define, prioritize, and maintain the PLM product roadmap and backlog, turning business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between engineering, manufacturing, IT, and external partners to gather requirements and drive adoption.Process Improvement: Optimize PLM workflows, including Change Management (ECR/ECN), BOM management, and document control, aligning them with company goals.Agile Leadership: Drive product development using Scrum or SAFe, leading grooming and sprint planning sessions with technical teams.System Ownership: Ensure system availability, data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards, coordinating testing and deployment of new features.
