Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—may vary by position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.Click to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.General Accountabilities:Prepares and/or serves beverages following standard practices and recipeswhile providing guestswith exceptional customer service.Sets up designated area of thefloor with ashtrays and cup holders if section requiressuch and continuously combs the floor for empty cups and miscellaneous trash.Circulates the floor giving equal attention to Table Games and Slots or assigned section.Keeps informed of continually changing promotional beverages, events, and services.Reports to scheduled shift in proper uniform.Pays bartenderthe correct amount for drinks if such service is requiredin the assignedsection or outlet.Restocks andmaintainsall portable bars with soda, juice, coffee, and condiments.Coordinates with bar staff to ensure the availability of beveragesMonitors guest consumption of alcohol, intervening as needed according to established practices.Qualifications:Previousbeverage experience preferred; Six months to one year of cocktail experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.Must have basic math skillsandcash handling experience.Ability to walk and stand for long periodsthroughout the durationof shift.Must obtain Bossier ABOand LACT.Mobility and dexterity to carry and serve a tray of beverages weighing 15 pounds.Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights. Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment.We've grown to become the leading provider of integrated entertainment, sports content, and casino gaming experiences thanks to our 43 destinations across North America, online sports betting and iCasino via theScore Bet Sportsbook and Casino.Being an industry leader means more than being a purveyor of fun.
