Qualifications Excellent communication (oral / written) and time management skills. Highly detail oriented. Hunger to learn and help others. Desire to play a critical role at a fast-growing company. Confidence to handle new challenges. Prior customer-facing experience is preferred but not required. Prior experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is preferred but not required. Job Responsibilities First point of contact for existing customers - responsible for answering customer inquiries, scheduling, billing, and resolving customer issues. First point of contact for new customers - responsible for educating prospective customers on services and clearly communicating company policies. Eagerness to convert sales leads to new customers is a must. Assisting the CEO with strategic initiatives and special projects. Maintaining customer records and generating custom reports in the CRM system. Regularly communicate with the broader team of technicians, support staff, and supervisors. Additional Information (Compensation and Benefits) We offer competitive compensation and great benefits to our employees. Full-time exempt position; 8am-5pm Monday - Friday. Location: training period must be in person (Richardson office), but remote/hybrid work is available thereafter.
