Electronics and Appliance RetailersAdministration of Human Resource ProgramsVocational Rehabilitation ServicesPrivate HouseholdsOther Residential Care FacilitiesWarranty AdministratorCamping World is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our growing team.What You'll Do:Foster and maintains excellent relations between customers and storeAnswer incoming telephone calls and responds in a courteous and professional mannerAssist Service Advisor in scheduling service appointments according to scheduling policiesGreet all incoming customers in a professional and courteous mannerAssist Service Advisors in write up of incoming customers work ordersObtain any needed warranty or customer authorization prior to working on unit including taking of pictures, faxing in for authorization or any / all procedures as prescribed in the manufacturer's warranty policy & procedure manualsFollow up on all warranty receivables to ensure payment in timely manner, contacting customers as needed to schedule appointments for special order partsFill in as needed as service dispatcherParticipate in training as prescribed by managementAssist Technicians as needed with diagnosis, authorization or repairsFollow up on open work orders as per policy of dealershipFollow all rules, regulations and laws with regard to moving dealership owned or customer's unitsMaintain a clean and safe work environment.Acknowledge all guidelines and policies as described in company policy handbook.Maintain a safe work area for customers and coworkersWhat You'll Need to Have for the Role:High School Diploma or equivalent preferredOne year of RV experience preferred but not requiredStrong computer skillsWorking knowledge proper and safe use of equipmentExcellent organizational/sequencing skillsWorking knowledge of activities, methods, procedures and policies of the Service DepartmentGeneral knowledge of product installation activitiesValid Driver's License requiredExcellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner over the phone and in personAbility to accept additional tasks, duties and/or direction from managementRequires some bending, climbing, and kneeling in order to take photographs of various areas of an RVMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devicesPeriods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bendingGeneral Compensation DisclosureThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $40,000 - $70,000 or more.
