The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Salesforce platform development, API integrations, middleware technologies, and enterprise application integration. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and development teams to deliver scalable and secure integration solutions that support critical business processes.Key Responsibilities· Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming APIs.· Build and support integrations between Salesforce and ERP, CRM, marketing, customer service, finance, and third-party applications.· Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce components as needed.· Create and manage API endpoints, web services, and middleware integrations.· Design and implement secure authentication mechanisms including OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO, and Connected Apps.· Develop real-time and batch integrations utilizing middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Dell Boomi, Jitterbit, or Workato.· Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.· Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, API failures, data synchronization problems, and performance bottlenecks.· Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and deployment activities.· Participate in Salesforce releases, upgrades, and deployment processes using CI/CD methodologies.· Monitor integration health, system performance, and data quality.· Document technical designs, API specifications, integration workflows, and support procedures.· Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and security requirements.Required Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.· 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.· 3+ years of Salesforce integration and API development experience.· Strong expertise with:o Salesforce REST APIo Salesforce SOAP APIo Bulk API
