ResponsibilitiesMeet with clients to determine survey needsOversee boundary and topographic surveys in the field and officeEstablish project expectations, calculate survey dataOversee and participate in the preparation of computer-generated maps and reports based on survey dataMaintain accurate records, files and documentation including field notesPrepare budgets for projects, proposals, and technical reportsReview and certify work when completeOpen to daily travel and overnight travel to client sitesQualifications High School Diploma or equivalentMust have PLS license for ILPrefer experience with boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys, construction staking and data collectionPrefer experience with robotic total stations and GNSS receiversPrefer experience in AutoCAD Civil 3DStrong work ethic and accountabilityClean driving record required (no more than 3 accidents and/or moving violations in the last 36 months or 2 accidents and or moving violations within the last 12 months)Proven ability to work in a team environmentFlexibility to work in an office environment and field environment$100,000 - $140,000 a yearSalaries for all positions are based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, total years of experience in the industry, education, skills, and qualifications. Compensation may vary depending on the candidate's individual background and expertise. Salaries are subject to fluctuation outside of the given range.
