Part-Time Accountant

Compensation: $25/hr - $30/hrJob Overview – Part-Time Accountant – 34273Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Assistant to support ongoing accounting and inventory-related functions. This individual will provide approximately 1 day of support per week (with potential for 2 days at times) through at least September.This is a hands-on, on-site role ideal for someone looking for a flexible part-time opportunity within a collaborative environment. The organization is willing to train on Microsoft Dynamics 365 inventory posting functions, so strong QuickBooks experience is preferred over D365 knowledge.Support day-to-day accounting and inventory-related activitiesManage inventory receipts and product usage write-offsMaintain accurate accounting and inventory recordsPerform account reconciliations and assist with transactional accounting supportAssist with inventory matching and posting activities within the accounting systemEnsure accuracy and compliance with internal financial processesProvide additional accounting and administrative support as neededRequirementsModerate understanding of financial accounting principlesHands-on experience with QuickBooks strongly preferredProficiency with Excel and accounting systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectivelyExperience within manufacturing, industrial, or inventory-driven environments is a plusAdditional Job DetailsWorkplace Policy:Seniority Level: AssociateLinked In Poster:About Our ProcessWe will notify you if you are selected as a candidate for this role.
