Individuals like you!Benefits Administrator (66683)Location: Duncan, US, 29334Work Type: Full timeContract Type: unlimitedObjective of JobEnsures timeliness and accuracy of benefits administration including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, flex spending and 401(k). The administrator must provide excellent customer service and communication to the employees, related company departments and outside vendors.Maintain and update HRIS system (ADP) for new hires, open enrollment, life events, COBRA and other reportingReconcile and process all vendor invoicesAnswer questions related to all benefit plans and assist in development of company communication, including postings in facility, on ADP and IntranetProcess bi-weekly, monthly and annual reports for all benefitsAssist with on-boarding processes, new hire orientation and annual open enrollmentPreparation of annual 5500's for all benefit plans and ACA reporting and other annual fees/reportingAdministers Leave of Absence, STD, LTD, ADA to state and local law requirements (including CA) and partners with Workers Comp on FMLASupport 401(k) plan and administrationAssist in organization of Wellness Events and programsMaintain knowledge on current benefit Trends, ACA requirements and legal regulations to ensure best practice and complianceComplete compliance mailings for all benefit plansProcesses QDRO, MCSOHIPPA Compliance OfficerSupports the conversion process from FWF to DAA employmentSupport Head of People Services in reporting frameworksRequirementsAssociate Degree preferred but not required.CEBS, SPHR, SHRM, PHR certified is a plus.1 to 2 years of experience with LOA, STD, LTD and FMLA.1 to 2 years of experience with CA Labor Laws (including CFRA, FEHA, etc.)Knowledge with 401(k).1 to 2 years of experience with vendor invoices and processing preferred.We are looking forward to your application.Nearest Major Market: SpartanburgNearest Secondary Market: South CarolinaJ-18808-Ljbffr
