Our mission is to deliver high-quality, coordinated care to underserved communities while maintaining exceptional communication with patients and referring attorneys.Position OverviewWe are seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) to join our clinical team. This role will support multiple CarePath locations, particularly during the initial phase of employment, with travel decreasing as patient volume and clinic staffing stabilize.The ideal candidate is clinically strong, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple clinic environments, with an interest in injury-focused care and multidisciplinary collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform patient evaluations, follow-ups, and ongoing treatment under supervising physician guidelinesConduct physical exams and injury assessmentsDevelop and manage treatment plans for work-related, motor vehicle, and personal injury patientsDocument clinical encounters accurately and timely in the EMRCollaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams across locationsCommunicate effectively with internal staff and external stakeholders as neededTravel between clinic locations as scheduledAdhere to all clinical, compliance, and documentation standardsSchedule & Travel Expectations Standard Monday-Friday scheduleRegional travel required, particularly during onboarding and early ramp-upTravel will become more concentrated to a smaller regional footprint over timeQualifications Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) in the state of PennsylvaniaActive DEA license (or ability to obtain)Strong clinical assessment and documentation skillsComfortable working independently across multiple locationsValid driver's license and reliable transportationInjury care, orthopedics, PM&R, or occupational health experience preferred (but not required), motivated new grads welcomedCompensation & Benefits Competitive salaried compensation: $115,000 - $130,000, based on experienceHealthcare stipend after 90-day introductory periodPaid Time Off (PTO) and sick time package after 90-day introductory periodSupportive clinical leadership and growth opportunitiesWhy Join CarePath?
