Oracle Application Consultant
We are seeking experienced Oracle Apps – Supplier Hub Consultants with strong expertise in enterprise integrations, production support, and Oracle ecosystem technologies to support large-scale business operations and enhancement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end support and delivery for Oracle Supplier Hub applications and integrations.Manage production support queues, issue triage, and incident resolution activities.Identify, document, and track defects while coordinating fixes and enhancements.Analyze business requirements and assess technical feasibility for new enhancements.Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery execution.Support enterprise integration workflows and downstream system integrations.Partner with business, product, user, and development teams to translate operational challenges into technical solutions.Participate in agile delivery processes and continuous improvement initiatives.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with:Oracle Supplier HubOracle SOA SuiteOracle Cloud Integration (OCI)Oracle EBSOracle EDQDeep understanding of Supplier Hub architecture and business processes.Experience with enterprise integration workflows and downstream system integrations.Strong production support and enhancement delivery experience.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and support delivery models.Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.Preferred ExperienceExperience working within large enterprise retail environments.Knowledge of Kroger support processes is a plus.Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration across business and technical teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.What We’re Looking For✔ Strong Oracle Apps functional & technical expertise✔ Production support and integration experience✔ Collaborative team player with delivery ownership✔ Ability to thrive in fast-paced enterprise environments
