A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Coding Customer Experience. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic planning and service oversight for the medical coding customer experience Partner with customers to identify improvement opportunities and address service issues Monitor customer trends and performance indicators to guide service improvements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 7+ years of experience in a business environment with cross-functional teams 3+ years of experience in medical coding or related healthcare operations CPC and/or CCS certification from AAPC or AHIMA preferred Experience leading and developing teams
