Senior Manager Deal Desk
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Deal Desk to establish and manage a deal governance framework.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and manage a single front door for PMRs and deal exceptions, ensuring accurate submissions
Review, structure, and recommend deal outcomes based on policy and risk considerations
Partner with Salesforce/CRM teams to build and maintain workflow automation and deliver reporting on key metrics
Required Qualifications
Experience in deal desk, pricing, revenue operations, or sales operations
Strong analytical and financial reasoning skills
Ability to manage a high volume queue with strong follow-through
Familiarity with Salesforce workflow and data requirements
Strong operational judgment and documentation discipline
