We're Hiring: Provider Network Development Specialist (Remote) Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience The IMA Group is seeking a Provider Network Development & Relations Specialist to help grow and strengthen our national provider network supporting Disability, Workers' Compensation, Employer Services, and Independent Medical Examination (IME) programs.This role combines provider recruitment, account management, and network development. You'll serve as a strategic partner to physicians and healthcare practices, building relationships that expand our provider panel, improve market coverage, and support long-term network growth across the country. Rather than focusing solely on recruitment, this position is responsible for developing and managing provider relationships, engaging medical practices, identifying expansion opportunities, and serving as a key liaison between providers and The IMA Group.
